Hello! I’m Jackie, a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner based in Toronto, Ontario.

LIFE DOESN’T GET EASIER - But with the right support, your capacity to meet it can grow.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, and empower you to live a more resilient life.

Hello, Jennifer here! (she/her)

I’ve been practicing Massage Therapy for 20+ years and what an incredible, fulfilling career it’s been! I feel so blessed to have the most amazing clients who continue to see me, year after year.

In 2020, I opened the doors to Metta, naming the business after a concept that’s inspired and guided my work since the beginning. METTA, the Buddhist word for loving-kindness, is the intention behind my practice and the quality I strive to cultivate during my treatments. I hope you can feel the goodwill, compassion + empathy that I extend to you when we work together.

When not working, you might find me in the Toronto East neighborhood where I live with my family of two boys and my husband Jay who is my co-pilot in running everything from the household to the business.

At this time, I am no longer accepting new clients, however, I am so confident in the team of like-minded practitioners here, who work with positive intention, from a place of love, to provide the best possible care to our community.
